- � 3R i -� <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by the Board of <br /> Directors of the Agency an agreement for the conveyance of the Properties to <br /> Habitat; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The Executive Director and the Agency Secretary of the Agency <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to accept the deed of conveyance to the City <br /> Properties from the City of Redwood City and cause same to be recorded in the <br /> Recorder's Office of the County of San Mateo. <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled, "Purchase Agreement Between <br /> the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Peninsu�a Habitat <br /> . For Humanity, Inc." (the "Agreement"), a copy of which Agreement is on file in <br /> the office of the Agency Secretary and to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> 3. The Executive Director and the Agency Secretary are hereby . <br /> authorized and directed to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the <br /> Agreement in a form approved by the Agency Counsel's office and in substantial <br /> compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for and on <br /> behalf of Agency. <br /> 4.
