36-5' <br /> RESOLUTION NO RD 2000- <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH IRVINE APARTMENT COMMUIVITIES, L.P, FOR <br /> THE FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, and Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware <br /> limited partnership ("IAC") have executed that certain agreement entitled "Disposition <br /> and Develo.pmeni Agreement for �ianklin Stre,et. Erojec,t" (the "DI�A); and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the DDA as set forth in the "First <br /> Amendment of Disposition and Development Agreement for Franklin Street Project <br /> (IAC)" (the "Amendment"); and <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "First Amendment of Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement for the Franklin Street Project (IAC)," by and between the IAC <br /> and this Agency, a copy of which Amendment has been executed by IAC and delivered to <br /> the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the Agency, and the <br /> Chairperson and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and directed to execute <br /> and to attest, respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br /> at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of April, 2000, by the following votes. <br /> , . _ _ �� __ . __ __ . _ . ._ <br />
