Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> Descriation of Services: <br /> Complete the design for replacing the HVAC system at the Fair Oaks Community <br /> Center. (See Exhibit "A", attached.) � <br /> 2. Compensation.
