- 3G <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND FUEL PURCHASING <br /> (TOWN OF ATHERTON) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of , <br /> 2000, between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal� corporation of �he <br /> State of California ("City"), and the TOWN OF ATHERTON, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California (°Atherton"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City operates and maintains a motor vehicle maintenance <br /> facility located at Redwood's City Municipal Services Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, Atherton requires the perFormance of maintenance services <br /> and fuel purchasing for its municipally-owned motor vehicles; and <br /> WHEREAS, City is willing to provide such services and supplies, subject <br /> to the terms and conditions hereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. DEFINITIONS.
