3N-4 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Program Supplement No. 022 Rev. 2 to the Master Agreement for <br /> Federal-Aid Program entered into by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> the State of California, Department of Transportation, on October 3, 1977, in the <br /> form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and �to attest thereto, respectiveiy, said <br /> Program Supplement No. 022 Rev. 2 for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> 2.
