This guarantee will be <br /> effective for 3 years following initial Equipment delivery, unless the equipment is financed by <br /> Xerox for more than 3 years, in which event .it will be effective during the entire term of <br /> Xerox financing (except for certain previously-installed models which receive coverage for <br /> one year).
