3�'z- _ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF THE REDWOOC CITY <br /> ALMANAC FOR OFFICIAL ADVERTISING; DESIGNATING SAID <br /> NEWSPAPER AS THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY; AND REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS <br /> �r WHEREAS, pursu�nt to the provisions of Section 90 of the Charter of the <br /> City of Redwood City, proposals were solicited from all newspapers of general <br /> circulation in the City for the publication of all matters of the City required to be <br /> published; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Almanac, which has been adjudicated as a <br /> newspaper of general circulation with its principal o�ce of publication located in <br /> the City of Redwood City, is the lowest responsible bidder responding to said <br /> solicitation for bids; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to designate the Redwood City Almanac <br /> as the official newspaper of the City of Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
