<br />'A'~ <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this - day of <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and politic, <br />and GALLAGHER ASSOCIATES ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency requires professional public information services for <br /> <br />the Downtown Retail-Cinema Project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />~OW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all of those <br /> <br />services described in Exhibit "An hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION: <br /> <br />EXPENSES: <br /> <br />PAYMENT. <br /> <br />Agency shall <br /> <br />compensate Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an <br /> <br />amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are prevailing during the time <br /> <br />of the performance of said services.
