<br />~A. ;6 <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br /> <br />furnish Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of <br /> <br />the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial <br /> <br />general <br /> <br />liability and <br /> <br />automobile <br /> <br />liability insurance coverage, <br /> <br />original <br /> <br />endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received <br /> <br />written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first <br /> <br />class mail; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to each <br /> <br />insured' against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with <br /> <br />respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> <br />endorsement) ; <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Naming the Redevelopment Agency, <br /> <br />its officers, <br /> <br />boards, <br /> <br />commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> <br />insurance with respect to Agency, its officers, boards, commissions, <br /> <br />employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance <br /> <br />maintained by Agency for itself, its officers, boards, commissions, <br /> <br />employees, or agents shall be in excess of Consultant's insurance <br /> <br />and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />Agmt-348 <br />DE5:djk <br />F :/5 hared/RedwoodlCounci I <br />05/01/00 <br /> <br />7 <br />
