<br />~C.'; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2000-2001 COST SHARED SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2000-2001 Cost Shared Sidewalk <br /> <br />Repair project in the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br /> <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the 2000- <br /> <br />2001 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project - City of Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, <br /> <br />for the Public Works Services Department, a copy of which documents are on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
