<br />\ \ ß -~ . <br /> <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />NO.3 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REDWOOD SHORES <br />LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />Contractor: <br /> <br />Waterworks Industries, Inc. <br />8868 lakewood Drive, Suite 104 <br />Windsor, CA 95492 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: <br /> <br />Sept. 10, 1999 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in <br />addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Description of Services: <br /> <br />No change in scope of services. <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in this <br />Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br />complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a) _X- (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rates of <br />charge and method of calculation described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Compensation shall be provided as follows: <br />Dollar value of Task Order No.3 not to exceed $391,325. <br />(Dollar value of not-to-exceed agreement increased to $514,730.) <br /> <br />3. Time of Peñormance. Contractor shall perform the services to be provided <br />pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br /> <br />Date of Completion: <br />Extend date of completion from 6/30/2000 to 12/31/2001. <br /> <br />4. Approval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by <br />City's City Council on I 19 , by motion duly made <br />and carried (copy of Minute Order evidencing approval attached). <br /> <br />"T..~' <br />
