Waterworks <br />will anticipate the needed chemicals for the applications to be made and have <br />them with them to. make proactive treatmeDts. The time that Waterworks is <br />making chemical applications will not be billed at the lagoon survey rate but at <br />the per gallon rate~ 'This. will insme that there is. D.O dQuble billing for services. <br /> <br />'C) <br /> <br />REPORTJNG TO CITY AND REGULA TORY AGENCIES <br /> <br />At the eAC1 of each swvey, Waterworks Industries will make a verbal report to <br />City of Redwood Cities designated staff Waterworks Industries will prepare <br />Form A of the Lago<m Mauagement plan. which !3Imma~s the lagoon surveys. <br />Additionally,. if chemical applications or harvesting were needed, Form Band/or <br />C will be filled out and faxed. œ Redwood.
