During the proj~ Waterworks <br />Industries, Inc. personnel will call Rich Del Ben and apprise him of the time we <br />. are performing the Water Quality Monitoring. The monitoring usually occurs on <br />Wednesday. A Water Quality Monitoring report is prepared and faxed to <br />redwood City Public Works Department on the fonowmg Monday. The report is <br />accompanied by any Chemical Application or Harvesting that was performed. <br /> <br />As per the Lagoon Management ~ Waterworks Industries will make public <br />appearances to Home Owners Associations and Redwood Shores Residents <br />Groups to inform and answer questions regarding the Lagoon and its <br />management. Waterworks Industries, Inc. will attend up to three meetings at no <br />cost to Redwood City. Additionally, Waterworks Personnel can better answer <br />some questions that Staff gets ftom the public. Phone calls ftom residents are <br />welcome, provided Redwood City Staff referred them to us, t1üs also at no <br />additional cost. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />If there- is dissatisfaction from the- Redwood Shores residents or staff at Redwood <br />City with regards to Waterworks Industries, Inc. performance of the Lagoon <br />Management SeMces. A phone call to Richard Carnati~ President and <br />Redwood Shores Project Supervisor, followed up with a fax ftom Redwood Cities <br />Staff: will be respoDded to. immediately by phone, as wen as confirmation of <br />dissatisfaction and a resolution program will be immediately faxed back to <br />Redwood City Staff and the pIOgWn will be implemented. <br /> <br />Additionally, the Web Site will need to be completed as part of the Community <br />outreach portion of the Lagoon Management Plan. AdditiODlny~ costs are included in the <br />work sheet to allow for the Web Site constmction and LMP completion. <br /> <br />4. VERIFICATION OF INSURANCE <br /> <br />Waterworks Industries, Inc. Currently has on file with the City of Redwood City a <br />current Certificate of Insurance meeting all the requirements for General liability, <br />Automobile and Workers Compensation.
