Create a "tickler" schedule showing when certain activities must be <br />accomplished or amounts must be paid and to whom; <br /> <br />. Review the rating of the issue, what must be done to maintain the rating <br />and what might be done to improve the rating; <br /> <br />. Review the sale, show the range of bids (if sold competitively), discuss <br />market conditions at the time of the sale, and provide information on <br />comparable issues in the market at and around the time of sale; <br /> <br />. Provide final bond sizing analyses and final debt service schedules; and, <br /> <br />.
