<br />~A-Li <br /> <br />AMENDMENT OF SECTION 508 <br /> <br />Section 508 of the DDA is hereby amended by to read in its entirety as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"§ 508. <br /> <br />LocaL State and Federal Laws <br /> <br />lAC shall carry out the construction of the improvements in <br />conformity with all applicable laws, including the Prevailing Wage Policy <br /> <br />of the Agency set forth in its Resolution No. RDA 88-07, which policy lAC <br />agrees is applicable to the lAC Project. <br /> <br />Agency acknowledges that lAC has submitted a letter of intent, <br />dated April 20, 2000, to the Building Trades Council of San Mateo County <br /> <br />providing that if lAC or its successors or assigns proceeds with <br />development of the Project, lAC agrees to use a Building Trades Council <br /> <br />union signatory general contractor and that all trades workers and all <br />subcontractors shall be union signatory for all construction of the Project." <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Agency and lAC have signed this <br />Agreement on the respective dates set forth below. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />AK/DES:ak <br />Form dated: 5/15/00 <br />
