<br />111--5' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 1999-2000 WA TERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />contract documents for the <br /> <br />1999-2000 Wate rmain <br /> <br />Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />1999-2000 Watermain Replacement Project - City of Redwood City, California", <br /> <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering <br /> <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br /> <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
