<br />-l-J-I <br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br /> <br />May 22, 2000 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Annexation to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District - Forest Preston, III <br />Engineering File No. 1206-04 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Adopt a resolution approving the sewer annexation of Assessor's Parcel No. 058-266- <br />010 to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District, subject to the conditions that (1) a <br />sewer connection fee of $550.00 per connection is paid to the City; and (2) that the <br />property owner sign an annexation agreement with the City consenting to future <br />annexation of the property to Redwood City. <br /> <br />Background <br />Pursuant to the Redwood City/Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District Agreement dated <br />March 18, 1958, the County of San Mateo and the property owner of APN-058-266-01 0 <br />has requested permission from the City to annex this property to the Oak Knoll Sewer <br />Maintenance District. The information of the property owners and their property is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Assessor's Parcel No. <br /> <br />Forest Preston, III <br /> <br />058-266-010 <br /> <br />The application was submitted by San Mateo County and has been reviewed by the <br />City's Engineering and Construction.
