KIWANIS CLUB AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br />(CARNIVAL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace AM. Kiwanis <br /> <br />Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the Woodside <br /> <br />Terrace AM.
