<br />:; t:,--5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF ONE <br />MAPLE STREET SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br />ABANDONING AND VACATING A PORTION OF FRANKLIN STREET; <br />ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE MAPLE STREET, FRANKLIN <br />STREET AND EASEMENTS; AND ELIMINATING PHYSICAL ACCESS <br />FROM lA THROP STREET TO MAPLE STREET. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final subdivision map (including abandoning and vacating a <br />portion of Franklin Street and dedications of a street and easements described <br /> <br />therein) entitled, "One Maple Street Subdivision", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, <br />Civil Engineers, consultants for Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware <br /> <br />limited partnership, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined <br />by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter <br />"Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the <br /> <br />application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall <br /> <br />enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br />agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for Improvement of One Maple Street Subdivision", <br />(form dated 5/31/00R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br /> <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all <br /> <br />Reso-896 <br />F: Shared/Redwood/Council <br />AK:djk <br />OS/22/00 5/31/00R <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />--"-------.----'----. . <br />
