Adopt a resolution approving the Final Subdivision Map for Pacific Shores Center, <br />accepting the easements listed in the Owner's Certificate, accepting Seaport <br />Boulevard for public street purposes, and authorizing execution of the Subdivision <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing execution of Indemnification <br />Agreement regarding use of ditch for storm drainage. <br /> <br />Background <br />On July 21, 1998, the Planning Commission approved the Tentative Map and Planned <br />Development Permit for the Pacific Shores Center Subdivision, consisting of 1,550,000 <br />square feet of office space on approximately 106 acres. The subdivision is located at <br />the end of Seaport Boulevard adjacent to the RMC Lonestar property at the north end <br />of Seaport Boulevard. <br /> <br />The subdividers' engineers, Bohley Consulting of San Mateo, California, have <br />completed the improvement plans in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act and City <br />Ordinances, and the subdivider, Pacific Shores Development, LLC has submitted plans <br />for approval. The subdivider is required to post Faithful Performance and Payment <br />Bonds, each in the amount of $7,800,000. <br /> <br />A ditch that is jointly owned by Cargill and Pacific Shores will be used for storm <br />drainage.
