Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing execution of a construction agreement <br />with Pacific Shores Development, LLC, for construction improvements on Seaport <br />Boulevard north of Seaport Court. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing execution of Cost Sharing Agreement <br />for storm drainage joint facilities <br /> <br />Background <br />On July 21, 1998, the Planning Commission approved the Tentative Map and Planned <br />Development Permit for the Pacific Shores Center Subdivision consisting of <br />approximately 106 acres. The subdivision is located at the end of Seaport Boulevard <br />adjacent to RMC Lonestar property at the north end of Seaport Boulevard. The <br />Planned Development Permit requires the developer to construct Seaport Boulevard <br />from Seaport Court to Pacific Shores Center. <br /> <br />The developer, Pacific Shores Development, LLC, has submitted the improvement <br />plans for Seaport Boulevard (prepared by Bohley Consulting of San Mateo, California, <br />civil engineers) for approval. The developer is required to post Faithful Performance <br />and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of $6,300,000. <br /> <br />The Planned Development Permit requires that Pacific Shores enter into a Cost Sharing <br />Agreement with the City in connection with Storm Drainage Joint Facilities (pump <br />station and outfall line). <br /> <br />Complete copies of the Construction Agreement and the Cost Sharing Agreement are <br />available for review in the City Clerk's Office. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />Funds in the amount of $6,300,000 are being provided by Pacific Shores Development, <br />LLC.
