RD-OO- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND FIRST HOME, INC. IN <br />CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Consulting <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 6/5/00), by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and First Home, Inc., for the promotion and marketing <br /> <br />of the First Time Homebuyer Program in the City of Redwood City, a copy of <br /> <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />RD-035 <br />F :/8 haredlRedwood/Cou n ci IIR eso . <br />DE8:djk <br />06/05/00 <br /> <br />".~""- """ --"Y' <br />
