The City Clerk's Salary be increased by 13%, effective the first pay <br />period on or after April 1, 2000; and, <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City'Clerk's Salary scale be eliminated. <br /> <br />Attached 'please find City Clerk Salary Survey Date 1/99 provided by the <br />Human Resources Director, and a City Clerk Salary Comparison graph. <br /> <br />Each member of the Personnel Committee took into consideration a number <br />of factors in connection with the recommendation. The date of adjustment is the <br />, anniversary date of the City Clerk's employment with the city. The adjustment would put <br />the City Clerk at the top of the council established City Clerk salary scale.
