<br />~r\-\Io <br /> <br />B) <br /> <br />If a contract is awarded, the City will award the contract to the Bidder who <br />submits the lowest responsible Total Base Bid and only one contract will be <br />awarded. <br /> <br />The undersigned has filled in all information required in this Bid Schedule and <br />understands that failure to do so is grounds for rejecting the bid by the City. <br /> <br />The undersigned has checked carefully all the above figures and understands that the <br />City will not be responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of the undersigned in <br />making up this proposal. <br /> <br />The undersigned understands that the City reserves the sole right to reject any or all <br />bids and to waive any informality in bids received. Award will be made which, in the <br />judgment of the City Council, is to the best interest of the City. <br /> <br />It is agreed that this proposal may not be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days <br />after the date set for the opening thereof. <br /> <br />Enclosed herewith is a (certified Check, cashier's check, bond for the sum of <br /> <br />($ ) dollars, being not less than ten (10) percent of the total <br />amount of this proposal and the undersigned agrees that, in case of his default in <br />executing the contract after award and due notice thereof, the said check or bond and <br />the money payable thereon shall become and remain the property of the City, as <br />liquidated damages without proof of loss within ten (10) days of notice. <br /> <br />The representations made herein, are made under penalty of pe~ury.
