<br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br /> <br />June 26, 2000 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Subdivision Agreement - Partnership Courtyard Condominiums <br />Engineering File No. 805-03 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Approve the Final Map, and adopt a resolution approving and authorizing execution of <br />the subdivision agreement. <br /> <br />Background <br />On February 1, 2000, the Planning Commission approved the Planned Development <br />Permit and Tentative Map for the Partnership Courtyard Subdivision, consisting of a 36- <br />unit condominium. <br /> <br />The property is located on the south side of Rolison Road, west of Haven Avenue, as <br />shown on the attached vicinity map. <br /> <br />The subdivider's engineer, Lea & Sung Engineering, Inc., has completed the <br />Improvement Plans and Final Map in accordance with the Conditions of Approval, <br />Subdivision Map Act, Redwood City Ordinances, and to the satisfaction of Engineering <br />and Construction. <br /> <br />It is required that the Faithful Performance and Labor & Material Bonds, in the amount <br />of $285.400 each, be posted for the subdivision improvements prior to the recordation <br />of the Final Map. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />Funds for this project are being provided by the developer, <br />Humanity, Inc.
