<br />ry ~- ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF PARTNERSHIP <br />COURTYARD SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final subdivision map entitled, "Partnership Courtyard Subdivision". <br /> <br />prepared by Lea & Sung Engineering, Civil Engineers and consultants for Peninsula Habitat for <br /> <br />Humanity, Inc., a California non-profit corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision. <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> <br />recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Partnership Courtyard Subdivision", (form dated 6/20/00) wherein Owner, in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br /> <br />complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner <br /> <br />under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the <br /> <br />subdivision regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or <br /> <br />mentioned in said Agreement. <br /> <br />b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> <br />furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a certificate of deposit securing the faithful <br /> <br />Reso-919 <br />f/sh/sh/RC/Council <br />FXS:rg <br />06/20/00 <br /> <br />.~ .T <br />
