<br />'1T-'-\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REMOVING RESTRICTION FROM TITLE; <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED; AND <br />DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID QUIT CLAIM <br />DEED FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1913 of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />adopted August 15, 1955, the City of Redwood City sold the property generally <br /> <br />described as a portion of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Homestead Addition, as more <br /> <br />particularly described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto (the Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1913 and the deed conveying the Property <br /> <br />provide that no construction of any kind shall be placed on the property <br /> <br />conveyed without the express consent of the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />(the "Restriction"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to remove the Restriction from the title to <br /> <br />the Property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOR; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds that the Restriction is of no further use or <br /> <br />purpose to the City. <br /> <br />2.
