<br />9 f>-JO <br /> <br />performance measures, subject to the review and approval of <br />the CITY. COUNTY shall collect, maintain and report data in <br />regards to the following performance measures. This data shall <br />be reported in writing, in a format approved by CITY, to the <br />CITY on a quarterly basis, no later than October 30, January <br />30, April 30 and June 30 of each fiscal year. COUNTY agrees to <br />work cooperatively with the COUNTY CONTRACTOR and the Cities <br />to develop future performance measures that are both valid and <br />reliable and that can be used to evaluate the level of service <br />provided by COUNTY CONTRACTOR. COUNTY agrees and understands <br />that each of the twenty Cities involved in the contract with <br />the COUNTY will have input into the development of current and <br />future performance measures. <br /> <br />Performance Measure #1: Through a quarterly sampling of calls, <br />limited to one 7 consecutive day period, provide the <br />percentage of calls responded to within the timeframes <br />guaranteed by this contract. <br /> <br />Specifically: <br /> <br />Category 1 Calls (Immediate Response): <br />Aggressive Animal Calls, Injured Animal Calls, <br />Sick Animal Calls, Animal Bite Calls, Traffic <br />Hazard Calls. <br /> <br />Category 2 Calls (Response within 8 hours): <br />Non-Threatening Dangerous Animal Permit <br />Violations and Dog Pack Calls. <br /> <br />Category 3 Calls (Response within 24 hours): <br />Animal Cruelty Calls, Dead Animal Pick-Up <br />Calls, Stray/Loose Dog Calls, and Quarantines. <br /> <br />Category 4 Calls (Pick-Up between 8am and 9pm <br />of the Day Call is Received: Confined Stray <br />Dog Calls. <br /> <br />PerfoDmance Measure #2: Number of citations issued for a no- <br />license violation and the percentage of animals licensed after <br />being cited for a no-license violation. <br /> <br />Performance Measure #3: Through a quarterly sampling of calls, <br />provide the percentage of customers who rated dispatch service <br />3 or better on a scale from 1 to 5. <br /> <br />Performance Measure #4: Through a quarterly sampling of calls, <br />provide the percentage of customers who rated Animal Control <br />Officer service 3 or better on a scale from 1 to 5. <br /> <br />7 <br />
