<br />qp-~B. <br /> <br />Administrative Services Unit - During this fiscal year the Library was audited by the State <br />Board of Equalization sales and use tax division. Since the audit covered a three-year <br />period and the taxes were extrapolated from a small sample, Administrative Services Unit <br />absorbed the cost rather than attempt to allocate it out to the departments involved. <br /> <br />Department Total <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND TOTAL <br /> <br />GID 1-64 MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION FUND <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />GID 1-64 Maintenance and Operation Fund <br />A. Storm Water Collection - Funds are needed because of the addition of new waterways in <br />the Lido development and the increased activity level of the weed abatement work and the <br />toxins from prior years wear off. The Council approved Task Order No.3 at the meeting of <br />May 22, 2000. <br /> <br />GID 1-64 Maintenance and Operation Fund Total <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION GRANTS FUND <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Transportation Grants Fund <br />A. Rubberized Railroad Crossing - This is an additional allocation of Federal Funds to be used <br />for change orders and additional construction management for the installation of rubberized <br />at-grade crossings at various locations along the Caltrain commuter railroad tracks with San <br />Mateo County. City Council has previously authorized execution of this allocation per <br />resolution #13880 dated April 24, 2000. <br /> <br />Transportation Grants Fund Total <br /> <br />TRAFFIC MITIGATION FEE FUND (DEVELOPERS CONTRIBUTIONS) <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Traffic Mitigation Fees Fund <br />A. This Traffic Mitigation Fee appropriation is the result of a developer who is entitled to a <br />refund because the traffic assessment fee adopted by Council is less than the amount (in <br />the development agreement) paid by the developer this past fiscal year. The amount <br />included in the supplemental budget amendment approved by Council on March 27,2000 <br />was understated by $20,000. <br /> <br />Traffic Mitigation Fee Fund Total <br /> <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Capital Projects Fund <br />A. Public Art Acquisition - This is being establised to fund the acquisition of art for public <br />buildings.
