<br />1J\.4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 1999-2000 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING <br />AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1999-2000 Slurry Seal Project, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify' its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the 1999-2000 Slurry Seal Project - City of Redwood City, California", prepared <br /> <br />by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering and <br /> <br />Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br /> <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
