Uniform Administration ReQuirements. Contractor shall comply with the <br /> <br />requirements and standards of the Community Development Block Grant Regulations, <br /> <br />OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A- <br /> <br />110 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state, and local laws, <br /> <br />regulations and requirements. as applicable. <br /> <br />20. Lead-Based Paint. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the event <br /> <br />lead-based paint is found on residential propeny, appropriate abatement procedures may <br /> <br />be required by City. <br /> <br />21. Para!!raDh Headin!!s.
