REPORT <br /> To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> From the City Manager <br /> July 10, 2000 <br /> Subject <br /> Acceptance of Grant of Non-Exclusive Storm Drain Easement — Lonestar California, <br /> Inc. - Engineering File No. 805-03 <br /> Recommendation <br /> Direct the City Clerk, by motion, to accept on behalf of the City, the Non-Exclusive <br /> Storm Drain Easement offered by Lonestar California, Inc., pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> 10944, adopted December 5, 1988; and to record a certified copy of the Resolution and <br /> the deed, in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. <br /> Background <br /> Pacific Shores Development at the end of Seaport Boulevard will be constructing a <br /> storm drain pump station and storm drain force mains to discharge storm water from <br /> Seaport Boulevard to Redwood Creek. A portion of the storm drain force mains will be <br /> constructed across Lonestar California, Inc. property. Lonestar California, Inc. is willing <br /> to grant Redwood City a non-exclusive storm drain easement to maintain the storm <br /> drain force mains. <br /> Bohley Consulting has prepared and submitted the easement deed for the storm drain. <br /> Staff recommends the acceptance of the deed by City Council. <br /> Fiscal Impacts <br /> There are no fiscal impacts to the City by this action. <br /> ; <br /> //^/. <br /> dc�1,�-a-� �^ �l,' � � �� <br /> Lowell L.W.
