Keech & Sunset <br /> Investors, LLC - Engineering File No. 801-05 <br /> Recommendation <br /> Direct the City Clerk, by motion, to accept on behalf of the City, the Levee Maintenance <br /> Easement offered by Max A. Keech 8� Sunset Investors, LLC, pursuant to Resolution <br /> No. 10944, adopted December 5, 1988; and to record a certified copy of the Resolution <br /> and the deed, in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. <br /> Background <br /> The City has a levee that is located along Steinberger Slough behind property owned <br /> by Max A. Keech and Sunset Investors, LLC. In order for the City to maintain the levee <br /> facilities, the developer is required to dedicate an easement for levee maintenance. <br /> Max A. Keech and Sunset Investors, LLC have submitted easement deed for levee <br /> maintenance, prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk.
