�E <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC STUDY/ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS <br /> OF 600 BAIR ISLAND ROAD <br /> (FEHR 8� PEERS ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> WHEREAS, City requires a traffic study and environmental analysis in <br /> order to understand the traffic impact of a proposed development of 2 five-story <br /> office buildings and 1 three-level parking structure with approximately 980 <br /> parking spaces; and an alternative development of 2 three-story office buildings <br /> with approximately 596 surface parking spaces on a 5.18 acre site located at <br /> 600 Bair Island Road in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, preparation of a traffic study <br /> and environmental analysis is required pursuant to the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. Res. Code §2100 et seq.), the State Guidelines <br /> implementive thereof ("State CEQA Guidelines"; 14 CCR §15000, et seq.) and <br /> the City's Regulations imptementive thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City's Regulations, the City of Redwood City has <br /> determined that the traffic study which is part of said environmental studies and <br /> documentation shall be prepared pursuant to contract entered into with <br /> Consultant subject to funding therefore by Capital Land Corporation and Marina <br /> Investments, Inc.
