�E-s <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> TRAFFIC STUDY/ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS <br /> FOR 600 BAIR ISLAND ROAD <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and FEHR & PEERS <br /> ASSOCIATES, INC., of Lafayette, California ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires a traffic study and environmental analysis in <br /> order to understand the traffic impact of a proposed development of 2 five-story <br /> office buildings and 1 three-level parking structure with approximately 980 <br /> parking spaces; and an alternative development of 2 three-story office buildings <br /> with approximately 596 surface parking spaces on a 5.18 acre site located at <br /> 600 Bair Island Road in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, preparation of a traffic study <br /> and environmental analysis is required pursuant to the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. Res. Code §21000 et seq.), the State Guidelines <br /> implementive thereof ("State CEQA Guidelines"; 14 CCR §15000, et seq.) and <br /> the City's Regulations implementive thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City's Regulations, City has determined that the <br /> traffic study which is part of said environmental studies and documentation shall <br /> Agmt-358 ,� <br /> F:Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> FXS:djk <br /> 05/25/00 <br /> _.... _ .-,.. ._ _ .__._ � <br />
