The Licensee shall not asaign this Agneement, in whole or in pcu�t, or �y rights herein gr�ted, without the written consent of the Licensor, �d it is agreed that �y tr��sfer or asaignment or attempted tr��sfer or Qssignment of this Agrsement or �y of the rights herein gr�ted, whether wlunt�y, by operation of law, or otherwise, without such consent in writing, shall be absolutely void �d, at the option ot the Licensor, shall terminate this Agreement.
