The licer�ee shall mt assign this Agneement, in whcle or in p�t, or �y rights herein gr�ted, without the written consent of the licensor, mtid it is agreed thct �y tr��sfer or esaignment or attempted ��sfer or essignment of this AgnBement or �y of the rights herein gr��ted, whether wlunt�y, by oporation of law, or otherwise, without such consent in writing, shall be absolutely wid �d, at the option of the Licensor, shall termirurte this Agreement. Section 15. SUGL"�SSORS ANT� AS I-NS.
