Comments from these associations were received, and design adjustments
were made where they could be accommodated without detriment to operation
efficiency.

There are on-going discussions regarding the Bridge/Redwood Shores Parkways
intersection, If there is a decision to eliminate these improvements, it can be done
before the bids are accepted.

Fiscal Impacts
Funds for this project are available in the 1999-2000 Capital Improvement Program
budget under the General Improvement District 1-64 ($163,000), the Gas Tax
Improvements Funds ($165,000), and the STIO. After the bid opening, the amount to
be funded by the STIO will be determined, and the appropriate amount of bonds will be
sold to finance the project.

~

OJ
i hwdf-

Ed Everett
City Manager

, eter Vorametsanti 0 Patterson
Senior Civil Engineer 7anager, Engineering & Construction

SPV:ss
Sllibrarylreports/advertise Shearwater Seacrest aGOG access

-3-

-- r
