<br />ry P"4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2000-2001 STREET LIGHT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />(UPGRADING); AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2000-2001 Street Light <br /> <br />Improvement Project (Upgrading) in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br /> <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the 2000-2001 Street Light Improvement Project (Upgrading) - City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br /> <br />Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
