<br />9 A :1.4 <br /> <br />Building Code and Uniform Fire Code, as said Codes are adopted and <br />amended from time to time by the City." <br /> <br />"Section 2.68 Neighborhood. A sub-area of the City in which the <br />residents share a common identity focused around a school, park, <br />community business center, or other feature." <br /> <br />"Section 2.69 Neighborhood Serving. A use which is primarily <br />localized for service of residents within the surrounding neighborhood." <br /> <br />"Section 2.73 Non-Ground Floor Dependent Offices. Professional and <br />business offices which are used for the performance of management, <br />administrative, professional, or consulting services including, but not <br />limited to, government, law, real estate, accounting and other business <br />offices. In determining whether a particular use is non-ground floor <br />dependent, consideration shall be given to whether such uses typically <br />serve clients or patrons on an appointment basis, and generally do not <br />rely upon display of a product or display advertisement upon or within the <br />store frontage, and may readily serve patrons and clients in offices <br />located above the ground floor in commercial districts." <br /> <br />"Section 2.107 Use. 'Chanae of. Means the replacement of an existing <br />use by a new use, or a change in the nature of an existing use, but not <br />including a change of ownership, tenancy, or management where the <br />previous nature of the use, line of business, or other function is <br />substantially unchanged." <br /> <br />. Section 5. Section 10.9(a) of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 10:9 Yard and Open Space Reauirements. <br /> <br />a. The following yard setbacks are required in the R-5 District: <br /> <br />(1) Front vards: <br />Front yards shall have a basic minimum yard setback of 15 <br />feet, and provided further that no garage or carport space <br />shall have its entrance located within 20 feet of any property <br />line. Front yards abutting EI Camino Real or Woodside <br />Road between the intersections thereof with EI Camino Real <br />and Alameda de las Pulgas shall contain permanently <br />maintained landscaping." <br /> <br />Section 6.
