The monthly maintenance costs for less than five cameras would <br />make implementation of the program cost prohibitive. The number of violations will determine the <br />actual costs associated with operating the program. Lockheed Martin IMS - Photo Enforcement <br />Group's projections could possibly result in greater revenue than outlined in this report. However, <br />uncertainty remains as to the exact number of paid citations that would result from a program in <br />Redwood City.
