The applicable <br />Consumption Range for, and number of units consumed by, each dwelling unit in a multi-family residence <br />(consisting of more than one (1) dwelling unit on a parcel of property served by a single water meter) shall <br />be determined by dividing the total monthly consumption of all such dwelling units by the number of dwelling <br />units served by each such meter.
