The City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />direct that water meters or classes of water meters may be read bi- <br /> <br />monthly and that the billing period therefor shall be for a two-month period. <br /> <br />In such event, the cubic foot delivery amounts specified in the foregoing <br /> <br />rate table shall be doubled for the purpose of computing the applicable <br /> <br />water quantity charges." <br /> <br />1.
