SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY - None <br /> <br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Dr. Joseph Krauss urged Council consider fluoridating the City's water system. He stated that a <br />couple of years ago, the State Legislature mandated that cities fluoridate their water when the <br />funding becomes available. He further stated that recently some private organizations have come <br />forward offering monies toward this effort and he will provide the names of those organizations <br />to the City. <br /> <br />Don Davis, Parks and Recreation Commission Chairperson, spoke about Stafford Park's <br />remodel and concerns that have developed. He stated that initial attempts to work with some of <br />the neighbors regarding the perceived issues have proven unsuccessful. This along with the large <br /> <br />.
