That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Construction of <br /> Improvement Plans — Towers C�? Shores Center (form dated 08/02/OOR), by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and Spieker Properties, L.P., a California limited partnership, and the <br /> owner of record of said real property located at 201, 203, and 205 Redwood <br /> Shores Parkway, Redwood City, California, a copy of which Agreement is on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Manager and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br /> said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> F:lshared�Redwood�Council\ 1 <br /> Reso-954 <br /> FXS:ep <br /> 07127l00, OB/02/OOR <br />
