�� `��'�" liability assumed by Owner under the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited <br /> to, the provisions of paragraph 1 above. <br /> 5. Ownershia of Improvements. It is agreed that titfe and ownership of all <br /> Improvements constructed in the public right-of-way for the benefit of City hereunder by <br /> Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion and acceptance of such <br /> Irnprovements by City. <br /> 6. Work Subiect to Auproval. All work provided for in this Agreement and more <br /> specifically described in the plans and specifications herein referenced shall be subject <br /> to the approval and acceptance by the City Engineer, Engineering and Construction <br /> before the release of any security required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) <br /> those certain revised specifications entitfed, "Engineering Standards of the City of <br /> Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998 and (b) those certain plans on file in the office <br /> of the City Engineer, Engineering and Construction entitled, "Improvement Plans — <br /> Towers � Shores Center," for a more particular description of the work and <br /> Improvements generally described in this Agreement. Said plans and specifications <br /> referenced in this paragraph are hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this <br /> Agreement. Upon completion of the aforementioned work, and prior to the release of <br /> any security required herein, Owner shall furnish City with a complete set of ptans and <br /> drawings showing the Improvements in their actual or "as built" condition and location. <br /> 7. Guarantee of Workmanshia and Materials. Owner agrees that if, within a <br /> period of one (1) year after final acceptance of any work done under this Agreement, the <br /> improvements furnished and/or installed or constructed or caused to be constructed by <br /> Owner, or any of the work done under this Agreement, fails to fulfill any of the <br /> requirements of this Agreement, or the plans and specifications referenced herein, <br /> Owner shall upon receipt of a request in writing from City directing the work to be done, <br /> F:`shared�Redwood�Council r <br /> Agmt-375 <br /> FXS:ep <br /> 07/27/00, 08/02/OOR <br />
