'1.3�3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF RWC TECHNOLOGY <br /> STATION SUBDIVtSION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br /> CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORfZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br /> SUBDIVISION; AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br /> DEDICATE EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ORDERING VACATION OF <br /> PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 66499.20-1/2 OF THE <br /> CALIFORNIA SUBDIVISION MAP ACT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedication of easements described <br /> therein and vacation of a portion of a public service easement) entitled, "RWC Technology <br /> Station Subdivision", prepared by Kier and Wright, and the Improvement Plans prepared by Kier <br /> and Wright, Consulting Civil Engineers and consultants for RWC Technology Station, LLC, a <br /> California limited liability, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of RWC <br /> Technology Station Subdivision", (form dated 07/25/00) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br /> complete in the tirne specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner <br /> under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the <br /> Reso-955 <br /> f/sh/sh/RC/Council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 07/25/00 1 <br /> _. _... __._. ._,� .� _ <br />
