Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for <br /> payment of its services shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands and agrees that <br /> the amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for <br /> the aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing by the City <br /> Collector. <br /> e) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability <br /> and property damage insurance as required by the above-described Agreement. <br /> 2. Those certain plans entitled, "RWC Technology Station Improvement Plans", as well <br /> as the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwooa <br /> City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the <br /> City Engineer, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Owner, <br /> entitled "Agreement for Improvement of RWC Technology Station Subdivision", (form dated <br /> 07/25/00), a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 4. It is hereby ordered to vacate a portion of a public service easement within the <br /> subdivision boundaries pursuant to Section 66499.20-1/2 of the California Subdivision Map Act. <br /> 5.
