'�.3Cs �a <br /> 5. MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the subdivision map <br /> hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or displaced during construction operations shall be <br /> replaced by Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if any, hereunder by <br /> City. <br /> 6. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed that title and ownership of all <br /> Improvements constructed for the benefit of City hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in <br /> City upon completion and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> 7. WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in this Agreement and <br /> more specifically described in the plans and specifications herein referenced shall be subject to <br /> the approval and acceptance by the Manager, Engineering and Construction before the release <br /> of any security required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that certain final map entitled, <br /> "RWC Technology Station Subdivision, (b) those certain specifications entitled, "Supplemental <br /> Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", (c) those certain plans on file in the <br /> office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction entitled, "RWC Technology Station", and <br /> (d) those certain revised specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood <br /> Cit�', adopted January 5, 1998, for a more particular description of the work and Improvements <br /> generally described in this Agreement. Said final map, plans and specifications referenced in <br /> this paragraph are hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. Upon <br /> completion of the aforementioned work, and prior to the release of any security required herein, <br /> Owner shall furnish City with a complete set of plans and drawings showing the Improvements <br /> in their actual or "as-built" condition and location. <br /> 8. GUARANTEE OF WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS.
