�.3=y <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH THE REDWOOD CITY MADDUX PARK PLAYGROUND <br /> RENOVATION PROJECT <br /> (MOORE, IACOFANO AND GOLTSMAN (MIG), INC.) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the improvements of <br /> Maddux Park in the City of Redwood City and in the unincorporated area of San <br /> Mateo County (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> consulting landscape architectural services; and <br /> WHEREAS, MIG, Inc. of Berkeley, California, represents that it possesses <br /> the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br /> Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br /> Landscape Architectural Services Maddux Park Playground Renovation Project" <br /> (form dated 07/27/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, and MIG, Inc., for the performance of the <br /> above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> Reso-959 .� <br /> DES:ep <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 07/27/00 <br />
